In-Kind Donations

The Foundation of Orthopedics and Complex Spine accepts in-kind donations, such as new or used medical equipment (from surgical items to braces to hospital furniture to physical therapy equipment, etc.), airline miles, services, and other assets, please email us at info@focosus.org for further information.

To donate in-kind items, please do the following:

1. Download and fill out the In-Kind form with information on the item(s) you are donating.
2. Email your completed form to donations@focosus.org.
   Note: Form must be emailed to receive credit (forms are not tracked at the warehouse).
3. Send your items to our warehouse in New York at the address below:
