The Mission of the endowment campaign is to continue the work of FOCOS to provide optimum orthopedic care to improve the quality of life in Ghana and other countries.

• Ensure continuous subsidy for underserved patients,
• Sustain the capital improvement projects and facility maintenance,
• Establish the FOCOS Institute for Research, Education and Outreach.
