In-Kind Donations

To donate in-kind items, please do the following:

1. Download and fill out the In-Kind form with information on the item(s) you are donating.
2. Email your completed form to donations@focosus.org. Note: Form must be emailed to receive credit (forms are not tracked at the warehouse).
