Roland Akosah is the co-founder and CEO of ENO International, LLC, a firm that invests in finance and banking, digital financial services, and plantation agriculture. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 1999, Roland worked with Fortune 500 multinationals SallieMae, United Technologies, and IBM. Roland holds an MBA from Wharton, the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics from the University of Ghana.

In addition to his investing activities, Roland runs a small gold trading company, TransGen Heritage Group. He also serves on major for-profit companies, as well as non-profit establishments in Ghana. He is a poet and a fellow of the Aspen Institute which is dedicated to promoting humanistic values and the good society. Roland is married to Pearl, and they have a son, Nyamekye.
