Andrew Cohn is an active real estate and securities investor based in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a native of Great Neck, New York and graduated with a degree in business from the University of Arizona. His talents have led him to various aspects of real estate, development, lending, corporate ownership, and utilities. Additionally, he has invested in numerous startup companies, mentoring young entrepreneurs as they set up, fund, and run new companies. Mr. Cohn has had ownership and advisory roles in the development of Spiritual Gangster, Carbon 38, Pocket Teller, and Purposely.

Following a successful procedure by Dr. Boachie on his son Matthew in 2011, FOCOS became an organization near and dear to Mr. Cohn’s heart. Since joining the FOCOS Board in 2012, he has enjoyed actively contributing to the mission of FOCOS and fundraising, which aids in the commitment to the highest level of patient care at the world-class FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in Ghana.

Mr. Cohn and his wife Amy have two children, Matthew and Alexa. Together, they support each other in their dedication to philanthropy and community. Between them, they sit on multiple boards of charitable organizations including the United States Memorial Holocaust Museum, the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, the Checkered Flag Run Foundation, and the Phoenix Aviation Advisory Board (PAAB). Mr. Cohn has chaired the PAAB board and has remained on the panel since 2003. His guidance has been instrumental in the growth and development of all four airports located in the state of Arizona.

Mr. Cohn commits his time to presiding over mediation and arbitration proceedings for the Superior Court of Arizona, for private parties, and for the Arizona Bar Association. His passions are family, citizenship, and finding a way to heal the world.
